Today I was feeling angry for some reasons. When things don't work out the way I want them to , I'm being impatient again and I get angry. I get either very angry or very sad.
And today as I was trying to do something online and failed, it made me so mad that I almost cried out of anger. It happened to me quite a few times. there were some days when I got frustrated because of one thing and I felt so sad that I almost cried my heart out and there are days like today , when I get very mad and grumpy.
my reaction to these extreme emotions is always the same, I know what I want , I know what I need, I need a cup of tea
I'm not lying, whenever I feel bad I put the kettle on , and then have a good cup of tea. A few minutes later things start to go right, and I feel good again. I used not to drink that much tea , but in England it seems like tea is a solution to everything. You're cold, have a cup of tea. You're sad, have a cup of tea. You're bored, have a cup of tea. You have a headache, have a cup of tea. You're broke and you don't know how you're going to pay the bills , have a cup of tea.
In England it seems like tea is in everybody's mind. It's one of the clichés that is actually completely true. But I now understand the importance of tea in British culture, and although I found it strange in the beginning, now I just can't live without having a good cup of tea !
